Jim has also served as a founding member of the original Audigy Group, LLC a private practice hearing care management organization for over 14 years contributing to its member hearing care strategies systems and patient care platforms in providing “Best standards in hearing care” to patients. This group led the hearing care industry in maximizing growth of private practice owners while creating a unique brand that was eventually sold by CEO, Brandon Dawson to GN Resound Corporation for 157 million dollars.
Jim has the ability the observe business operations, evaluate their effectiveness and then create a plan to maximize growth and performance by all employees while also teaching success principles to assist executives and employees to reach their Personal, Professional and Financial goals.
